Rabbit Anti-Swine Erythropoietin Polyclonal Antibody

Biovenic08 Jan, 2024Technology

Erythropoietin (EPO) is a glycoprotein hormone, naturally produced by the peritubular cells of the kidney, that stimulates red blood cell production. The swine erythropoietin (EPO) cDNA encodes a protein of 194 amino acids. The gene structure and sequence show a high degree of homology to the corresponding human and murine gene. Erythropoietin is the primary erythropoietic factor that cooperates with various other growth factors (e.g., IL-3, IL-6, glucocorticoids, and SCF) involved in the development of erythroid lineage from multipotent progenitors.

Rabbit Anti-Swine Eotaxin 1 Polyclonal Antibody

C-C motif chemokine 11 (CCL11) also known as eosinophil chemotactic protein (eotaxin-1) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. CCL11 selectively recruits eosinophils by inducing their chemotaxis, and therefore, is implicated in allergic responses. CCL11 plays an important role in the recruitment of eosinophils into inflammatory sites. CCL11 was detected in explanted porcine alveolar macrophages and a porcine alveolar macrophage cell line.

Goat Anti-Swine CXCL9 Polyclonal Antibody

Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9 (CXCL9)) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also known as monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG). Swine CXCL9 from RNA obtained from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and other tissues coding regions were 381 nucleotides. CXCL9 is one of the chemokine which plays role to induce chemotaxis, promote differentiation and multiplication of leukocytes, and cause tissue extravasation.

Rabbit Anti-Swine CCL3L1 Polyclonal Antibody

Biovenic08 Jan, 2024Technology

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 3-like 1 (CCL3L1) is a protein encoded by the CCL3L1 gene. Swine CCL3L1 is a 70 amino acid secreted protein belonging to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL3L1 protein plays a significant role in the regulation of immune cells chemotaxis and T-cell activation.

Goat Anti-Swine IgG (H+L) Polyclonal Antibody

Biovenic08 Jan, 2024Technology

IgG, also known as Immunoglobulin G is the most abundant antibody in serum, and is critical for humoral immunity. IgG plays an important role in opsonizing microbes for phagocytosis and killing, activating the complement cascade, and neutralizing many bacterial endotoxins and viruses. Swine IgG (heavy and light chains) antibody could react specifically with porcine IgG and with light chains common to other pig immunoglobulins.

Goat Anti-Swine IgG (Fc) Polyclonal Antibody

Biovenic08 Jan, 2024Technology

O16H57 polyclonal antibody is specific for Swine IgG(Fc). It was purified by affinity chromatography on Protein A from tissue culture supernatant. It can be applied for Western Blot (WB); Immunodiffusion(ID) and ELISA. IgG (Fc) antibody has been used for monitoring of the IgG response in influenza infected pigs.

Goat Anti-Swine IgM Polyclonal Antibody

Biovenic08 Jan, 2024Technology

O16H59 polyclonal antibody is specific for Swine IgM. It was purified by affinity chromatography on Protein A from tissue culture supernatant. It can be applied for Western Blot (WB); Immunodiffusion(ID) and ELISA. IgM, also known as Immunoglobulin M is the first antibody isotype to appear during evolution, ontogeny and immune responses. IgM not only serves as the first line of host defense against infections but also plays an important role in immune regulation and immunological tolerance. Purified swine IgM was significantly opsonic in contrast to the baseline activity of the Ig mixture, IgG1 and IgG2.

R&D Solutions for Chicken

Biovenic26 Dec, 2023Technology

The poultry industry is one of the fastest-growing agricultural industries in the world, which provides a large amount of high-quality protein (meat and eggs) for humans. The development of poultry industry is of vital importance. Modern molecular breeding techniques are the key to improving the efficiency of chicken breeding and speeding up the genetic improvement progress. Biologicals and drug development and feed development also play an important role in the chicken husbandry industry.

R&D Solutions for Turkey

Biovenic26 Dec, 2023Technology

Turkeys play an important role in poultry meat production in the United States and Canada and are the central part of Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations in the United States. Turkeys are attracting attention because of their large size, rapid growth, disease resistance, and high lean meat percentage. In addition, turkey meat is tender and highly nutritious, rich in protein, iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, and B vitamins, while being low in fat and cholesterol.

R&D Solutions for Goose

Biovenic26 Dec, 2023Technology

As a popular waterfowl species, geese are widely raised for their meat, eggs, feathers, liver, and other by-products. The goose industry has created a very substantial economic value in the past two decades. However, the low reproductive performance and egg quality of geese have seriously hindered the development of the goose breeding industry.
