The Dwij Family is a community of elevated minds who take their re-birth in the present life by abandoning all the conditionings of society and by taking a firm oath to follow the principles and practices recommended for a Dwij by Param Dwij. The process of becoming a Dwij is not an accidental occurrence but an informed choice by an individual. Living Dwij is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to spiritually uplift the society to experience the Truth and to achieve the sole purpose of the soul for coming on the earth.
Many times it happens in life that we seek answers to many questions. Many questions arise in our life, and we do not have any answers for them. Sometimes we ask ourselves and sometimes others too. But all those questions still remain unanswered. Qusetions, such as, what is life? What is the purpose of life? Are we just a occurance? Is there a God? What is death? Do we reborn? Have we ever been born before? What is Karma? And so on. Today we will discuss Karma and its effects, which should be a burning question for all of us.
The soul is eternal. It never dies. The soul is eternal, which has neither a beginning nor an end. We manifest our existence through our life in this material nature. All other conscious beings in this universe also have their own existence but existence is not living a manifested life. Existence can mean presence but not certainly being alive as well.
Apart from the soul, God (the Supreme consciousness) and ?kaal? (Time ? the duration of the existence of whole universe) are also immortal. So, out of the five basic truths, these are the three basic truths that are eternal. The other two basic truths ? material nature and ?karma? (the actions and their effects) are not eternal. Material nature temporary and has its own time fixed by the energies of the God. ?Karma? may appear to be eternal because of the prolonged effects of ?karma?, but in reality, the effects of ?karma? can be destroyed or eliminated.
The key to realise this depends upon the level of consciousness. When we achieve a state of total consciousness, we realise that we have all the qualities of the ?Daata?. Because we are a part of ?Daata?, we must have the qualities of the ?Daata? ? Just like a drop of water must have the qualities of the water.
In fact, this is the most important question in spiritual journey. The basic common understanding tells us that there can only be one truth ? absolute truth, the one which is eternal, does not change, does not get affected. And, that absolute truth can only be the existence of Supreme Consciousness ? ?Param-Aatma? ? which people address with different names in different beliefs and languages ? God, Ishwara, Allah, Daata etc. So, the Supreme Consciousness is the Absolute Truth.
It was very early in the morning, and you woke up feeling good as if peace was all around you. You could not stay in the bed any longer. So, you walked out of your house for a stroll along the river which was not far from your house. You were quiet, calm and peaceful and there was no particular thought in your mind.
If coming to this world in the form of a body is life, then many times a question arises in the mind, ?What is the best thing in this life?? If we analyze it carefully and consciously, we will find that whatever is true, whatever is unchangeable and certain in this life, must be the best thing. Because there can be neither beauty nor joy in falsehood and uncertainty.
Of so many unanswered questions in our life, perhaps one question, is there a God? And if yes, how can we find Him? How can we realize Him? Is there a way? Is there a way that we can follow? Is there a path which we can walk on to find Him? Does He have an address we can go to?
The ?ahamkara? is the default mode of consciousness, which can lead to negativity, suffering, and discontent and make life suffer. However, through regular yoga practice, people can fortify their buddhi, which is associated with wisdom, intuition, compassion, and insight. This enhances their capacity to transcend the illusions that their egos have produced and lead more fulfilling lives. In fact, yoga teaches people how to understand the mind?s nature and overcome the suffering caused by the ego.
According to the principle of karma, the deeds we perform during our lifetime significantly impact our future. Regardless of whether they are good or bad, these actions generate energy that ultimately returns to us in some shape or form. Depending on our personal beliefs, our actions? consequences may affect our present and future life. Therefore, it is crucial to be mindful of the energy we put into the world and strive to do good whenever possible.
