Nowadays, there are so many strategies for weight loss. The evidence as to their effectiveness varies significantly. There are healthy eating and exercise approaches, weight loss surgery, hypnosis, and an enormous range of dieting options (including fasting, keto, and meal replacements). An option less explored in New Zealand is the use of weight loss pills. Weight loss pills are typically recommended only if other conservative weight loss strategies have been exhausted, such as adequate attempts at improving diet and exercise. A nutritious diet and exercise is, and will always be, the prefered method for healthy weight loss.
