Method- 1) For Making Besan ka Dana Put Beasn in a bowl, add 2 tsp ghee ,2 tsp milk ,rub well , pass through a sieve, keep aside. 2) Put Besan Dana in a Kadai , roast on slow flame for 4- 5 minutes, stirring all the time. 3) Add 3/4 ghee ,roast continuously till golden brown. 4) Add Cardamom powder, remove from fire. 5) In same Kadai add Sugar and water, cook until sugar melts. 6) Make one thread Sugar Syrup. 7) Switch off gas ,add Besan Mixture in it ,add lemon yellow color or Saffron, mix well . 8) Cool for a while. 9) Pour this mixture into a greased Tray ,set for a while. Step by Step Guide to Make Chana Masala in Hindi 1Heat 2 tbs oil in a Pan , add Ginger, Garlic, 1 onion , chopped ,cook till golden brown. 2) Add 1 Tomato paste, cook well until oil comes on top. 3) Add 1 tbs Chole Masala , 1 tbsp Coriander powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, mix well. Fry for one minute. 4) Add Boiled Chana paste ( 1/4 ) ,add remaining Boiled Chana, ( Total Chana 150g, soak overnight, morning boil morning in pressure cooker along with 1 pinch Baking powder, 1 tea bag, remove tea bag after boiling the Chana,again wash Chana, grind 1/4 Boiled Chana) 5) Add water as required, cover and cook for 5 -6 minutes. 6) Add Coriander leaves, cook for 2 minutes. 7) Transfer into a serving bowl, decorate with Coriander leaves. 8) Serve hot with Roti or Puri .

Ingredients: 1) Chana Dal - 50g 2) Urad Dal - 50g Wash and soak for 8 hours, drain ,take 2 tsp Dal separate, grind coarsely. 3) Pour Dal into a bowl, add . 4) Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1tsp Fennel seeds, 1 tsp Coriander seeds ,grind coarsely, add into Grind Dal. Add 3 green chili chopped, 1" pc ginger grated, 8 chopped garlic, 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves, 1 chopped onion, 2-3 tbs Dill leaves ,chopped, 2 tbs Dal, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tbs Rice flour, salt to taste, mix well. Put little water on the palm take little Vada Mixture, make flat Vada . Heat oil in a Kadai, Put Vada into the oil , fry on Medium flame until golden brown. Remove from fire. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney
