About 16,000 food packs placed in cartoons are kept in a covered court in a public school in the city?s South Central School as thousands of local residents are complaining for not receiving cash or in kind assistance from the local government of Cagayan de Oro at the height of the ?Enhanced Community Quarantine.? (ECQ). The food packs are stored in the covered court since first week of July purportedly by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD).
