CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY ? City Councilor Roger Abaday has filed a resolution which aims to give silver medalist Carlo Paalam, the ?Pride of Cagayan de Oro,? for bringing honor and pride, not only to the city but the whole country as well. Administration City Councilor Abaday, in his resolution, stated that the funds for a said incentive can be taken from the P26-million sports fund of the City Council. City Councilor Abaday also cited in his resolution that the Olympic silver medalist is given house and lot for his family in Cagayan de Oro.
