RELEASING of salaries of medical personnel at the city government-run JR Borja General Hospital have been delayed due to a number of factors, the root of which is Covid-19. In a press conference earlier this week, JR Borja General Hospital chief Dr. Ramon Moreno said that personnel at the hospital and other departments at City Hall who are in charge of processing the salaries have been quarantined due to Covid-19 exposure. Moreno said this is the exact reason why the salaries are delayed.
