ZAMBOANGA CITY ? The law enforcement agency here arrested two ?bigtime? notorious drug traffickers and operatives seized almost P1-Million illegal drugs, police authorities said Thursday. Brigadier Gen Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan, regional director of the Police Regional Office No.9 (PRO-9) identified the arrested suspects as Jemar Abdurahman, 25, and Majid Ahiya Udjah, 46, both residents of this city.
