EquiTrac Integration with RightFax

Firmsbill for all the document related expenses including faxing and printing costs. Some firms choose to use a flat fee for fax related costs and don�t accurately manage the number of fax / print transactions while others have adopted technologies like EquiTrac for managing their document related costs. Even if you�re using EquiTrac to manage your documents now, you probably didn�t know that you can improve your document fee management by integrating EquiTrac with RightFax, the most popular fax server on the market. For those of you not using something like EquiTrac, get with the program. While I�m a client of legal services and I don�t like seeing my bills go higher for any reason, I�d be more comforted when my lawyer charges for faxing services that he�d be able to substantiate the costs. The rest of you are leaving money on the table and exposing yourselves to issues with your clients.
