Sharing a Fax Gateway Multiple RightFax Servers

Have you ever wondered if you could use a shared fax gateway to communicate with multiple RightFax servers for inbound and outbound faxes? The short answer is YES you can. We�ve recently completed this project for one of our major North American customers where they had three independent Line of Businesses (LOBs), each having their own RightFax server environment each with a legacy Dialogic TR1034 digital fax card and a dedicated T1 line connected to each. One of the main project drivers was to virtualize each RightFax server (the benefits of which should be clear to most businesses these days, but if you need help on this give us a call). The main obstacle to virtualizing each RightFax server was the physical legacy fax board cards which resided on the physical servers. The solution to this problem as you might already be aware is Fax over IP (FoIP).
