Integrating RightFax Workflows into Business Processes

OpenText introduced RightFax Workflows with the release of RightFax version 16 EP6 for the first time. The feature � I�d like to call it version 1.0 � is a good fit for businesses that don�t already have a document management solution in place and would like to implement a simple document management / capture workflow in their environment for their faxes. Some benefits of workflows include: Improves fax processing times. Eliminates the need for a shared inbox. It provides a quick way to tag or add metadata to a fax. It�s ideally suited to organizations without a capture solution that needs to add tags or metadata to a fax.
