Once a fax server solution has been implemented in a client�s site � most IT professionals pay little attention to the system, until it comes to upgrade time or something breaks. They can be big, complex dark ugly IT mass of lines and infrastructure that IT may have either forgotten about (because everything usually works) or they don�t have the skills to handle expansions or contractions in their environment. Aye there�s the rub!
