With 360 SMS's separately available Ringless VoiceMail feature, users can send voice messages instead of text messages using any of the same SMS interfaces. Users can choose an existing voice message or record a new voice message on the fly. Both individual and batch records, as well as triggers, are supported by this function. To enable this feature, get in touch with your salesperson; once enabled, no further configuration is required.
