Pomalidomide-PEG2-butyl iodide is a crosslinker-E3 ligase ligand conjugate consisting of an E3 ligase ligand pomalidomide and a PEGylated crosslinker with terminal iodoalkane for reactivity with a nucleophilic group on the target ligand. It has been used as a degrader building block in PROTAC for targeted protein degradation.
