Ltd. was formed in the year 2006 which took over the business of M/S Sunita Industries, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company which was founded in 1998 by Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal, the Managing Director of the company. The Parent company was engaged in the business of providing Bulk Material Handling systems, Automatic Batch Weighing systems and solutions as per the requirement of clients from Food, Confectionery & Pharma Industry. The company is an OEM for Parle Biscuit Pvt. Ltd. Since 2002 & fro ITC Ltd. foods division & Britannia Industries since 2008
