As part of the Punjab Sikhya Kranti (Education Revolution) initiative, Punjab Cabinet Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond on Thursday inaugurated the first-ever shooting range in a government school in Ludhiana district on Thursday. The five-target shooting facility, built at a cost of ₹5 lakh, was unveiled at Raghvir Singh Freedom Fighter Government High School on Amloh Road in Khanna.
