Grandly arranged on a slope at a level of 1330 mtrs, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is a one of the most well known sanctuaries of Lord Shiva. Amarnath Mandir is located in Jammu and Kashmir state in north India. The sanctuary is thought of as one of the significant piece of Hinduism. The temple is made as a cavern which is 19 meters in length, 16 meters wide and 11 meters high. The sanctuary is committed to God Shiva. One needs to cover a distance of 45 KM to arrive at the sanctuary. This voyaging is known as Amarnath Yatra which opens for just 45 days in a year in the long stretch of July and August.
