It is not inevitable that the AIDS pandemic will continue because of the disparities that fuel it. UNAIDS is calling on all of us to combat the disparities that are slowing down efforts to eliminate AIDS on World AIDS Day, December 1. The rallying cry "Equalize" is a call to action. We should all take this as a call to action to advocate for the tried-and-true measures that have been shown to reduce inequality and hasten the decline of AIDS. Some examples are as follows: ? Raise the bar for HIV care by making testing, treatment, and prevention more accessible and improving the quality of existing programmes. ? To ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and with dignity, it is imperative that laws, policies, and practises be revised to combat the stigma and exclusion experienced by persons living with HIV and other critical and marginalised populations. Pattu half saree also known as ?dhavani? is a three-piece garment worn by south Indian teens and young women. It is a beautiful twist to saree and is not very different from a ghagra choli or lehenga except for the way in which the dupatta is worn. Here are a few inspirations for incorporating this pretty garment to your wedding ceremony! The long bordered skirts are extravagantly matched with heavily embroidered blouses and shawls making it a magnificent ensemble that is fit to be worn for reception or engagement! This green ensemble is a modern twist to the otherwise traditional Pattu half saree. The blouse and the shawl with mild embroidery goes effortlessly with the antique bordered skirt.
