Respect for wildlife starts with recognizing that we have probably encroached on their homes, not the other way around. It's not uncommon for humans to think that they have the right to go wherever they please and do as they please, but this is not the case when it comes to animals and their habitats. We need to be mindful of the impact we have on the world around us and take steps to minimize it where possible.
