Additionally, Heyi set up a mordern production line of producing industrial-grade Boron Trifluoride gas (BF3 Content Min. 99.5%) with the annual output 800mts in 2015, the production lines of producing high purity Electronic-grade BF3 gas with the annual output 100mts and Isotope 11BF3 with the annual output 5mts in 2020.
