We all hurt, we all have made mistakes. But the most important thing to know is that we can forgive. In the practice of meditation, we set aside time each day to reflect upon our life, our actions and failings, to let go of the past so that our life can be lived in the present moment. By contemplating forgiveness each day for a week we allow ourselves a space to become better human beings and begin to realize our true potential."
