Established in 2012, FLEXIBEL specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality expansion bellows for a wide range of industrial applications. As the first facility in the region to produce various types and sizes of bellows, it has become a trusted name for reliable and durable joining solutions. The company supports industries requiring precision-engineered components for rigid systems, including boilers, heat exchangers, and related equipment. With a modern machine shop, in-house CAD design team, and experienced technical staff, FLEXIBEL ensures top-tier products backed by fast delivery and competitive pricing. Extensive raw material stock and strict quality control allow for efficient production and customization to meet client needs. FLEXIBEL stands for Reliability, Durability, and Flexibility in every solution delivered.
Flexible Twin Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint with a twin-sphere design, offering greater deflection capability and lower spring rates than single-sphere joints. The Rubber Twin Sphere Expansion Joint is constructed with two adjacent spherical arches of reinforced elastomer. This geometry provides increased movement absorption, reduced stiffness, and improved vibration/noise damping compared to single-sphere types. Typically supplied with floating flanges or clamped ends, twin-sphere joints are suited for piping systems requiring higher flexibility in shorter lengths.
We offer single-sphere rubber expansion joints with spherical design and ideal for absorbing vibration, noise, and multi-directional movements. Constructed from a single elastomeric sphere reinforced with nylon/steel cord, fitted with flanged or clamped ends. The spherical arch provides high flexibility, minimizes turbulence, and absorbs axial, lateral, and angular deflections. The full-faced flange type improves gasket coverage and sealing reliability in critical installations.
The Metallic Pantographic Linkages Expansion Joint integrates a system of pantograph arms that mechanically link two or more bellows. This ensures synchronous movement distribution, preventing overloading of individual bellows convolutions. The design is especially useful in long piping runs or duct systems with large movements, where uniform load sharing enhances fatigue life and operational safety.
The Metallic Rectangular Expansion Joint is engineered to accommodate axial, lateral, and angular movements in large ducting systems. Its design includes rounded or mitered corners to maintain flexibility and reduce stress concentrations. These joints are typically used where space or design requirements call for non-cylindrical shapes, such as in power plant exhausts or industrial ventilation systems.
The Metallic Pressure Balanced Expansion Joint uses a system of tie rods connected to balancing bellows that counteract the pressure thrust generated by the main bellows. This allows the joint to absorb axial and lateral movements without transferring pressure loads to the fixed points. Elbow-type designs are typically used for directional changes in piping, while in-line types are installed where the flow direction remains straight. These joints are essential in large-diameter or high-pressure piping systems where anchor loads must be minimized.
The Metallic Two-Ply Testable Expansion Joint is designed with two concentric bellows plies, creating an intermediate space that can be pressurized or evacuated to check for leaks. This enables in-service monitoring of the bellows’ condition, offering an additional level of safety in highly critical pipelines. The design is especially suited for hazardous media, high-risk environments, or systems that require absolute operational reliability.
The Metallic Externally Pressurized Expansion Joint uses a unique design in which the process pressure is applied externally to the bellows element rather than internally. This allows the joint to absorb long axial movements without the risk of squirm, buckling, or premature fatigue. Typically supplied with butt weld ends or flanged connections, these joints are well-suited for long pipeline runs requiring high reliability and stability under pressure.
The Metallic Jacketed Expansion Joint consists of an inner bellows and an outer jacket, through which a heating and cooling medium (such as steam, oil, and water) is circulated. This construction maintains a controlled temperature inside the main pipeline, preventing condensation, solidification, and crystallization of process media. Jacketed joints are supplied with weld ends, fixed flanges, or loose flanges, and can be customized with liners and insulation depending on process requirements.
The Metallic Reinforced Expansion Joint incorporates reinforcing rings (hollow, solid, welded, or machined types) around the bellows to increase pressure resistance and improve load distribution. This construction allows the joint to handle more demanding conditions while still accommodating axial, lateral, and limited angular movements. Available with weld ends, fixed flanges, or loose flanges, it is particularly suited for high-pressure or critical service applications.
The Metallic Gimbal Expansion Joint consists of a single bellows element attached to a gimbal ring assembly of dual hinge sets. This construction allows angular rotation in multiple planes simultaneously, making it well-suited for piping systems with complex directional changes. Gimbal joints are designed to resist pressure thrust loads, while also supporting dead weight and torsional stability.
