I’m Erin Warner, an executive coach, facilitator, and founder of Head + Heart Coaching and Facilitation based in Austin, Texas. For over a decade, I’ve helped leaders, teams, and organizations build emotional intelligence, authentic communication, and trust-driven leadership. My background as both a lawyer and dance teacher shaped the way I approach personal and professional growth—blending intellectual rigor with creativity, presence, and human connection. I also partner with organizations to facilitate leadership trainings, workshops, and transformative learning experiences.
