About Betabox

Betabox began in 2015 with a mission to close the gap in STEM opportunities by bringing 3D printers and hands-on learning directly to schools through its first “Onsite Field Trip.” What started inside a shipping container has grown into partnerships with hundreds of school districts, impacting thousands of students nationwide. During the pandemic, Betabox realized that sparking curiosity wasn’t enough and expanded beyond field trips to help schools build lasting STEM capacity. Today, its offerings include Classbox.com, Projects, and Pathbuilder—tools that form a complete ecosystem to create transformative STEM learning experiences, even in the most under-resourced communities. Betabox is dedicated to building the next generation of innovators by making quality STEM education accessible to all.
