�Welcome to Agefit Physiotherapy & Fitness. I created the company with the idea of promoting health and well-being to those under served in our communities. I have worked extensively with older adults and special populations and have seen the many positive changes possible from exercise and activity. It is my belief that an active lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle. Regardless of age, level of function or cognitive status, the benefits of regular exercise are vast and cannot be overstated. Through education, encouragement and engagement we strive to enable our clients to achieve their health-related goals. Whether that is improving mobility, balance or strength. Perhaps it may involve decreasing pain or improving mood. Whatever the goals may be, we support our clients every step of the way.�

We offer half day (3hours) chartered physiotherapy service for nursing home clients. The service includes exercise class(es) in addition to individual physiotherapy assessments and treatments.

For those clients who may be unable to travel for physiotherapy appointments, we offer home visits. Our chartered physiotherapists travel to your home to perform individualised assessments and treatments. Nursing home residents may avail of this service also. Physiotherapy sessions last from 50-55 minutes. They are individualised and goal oriented. Home exercise programs are prescribed to maximise benefits of intervention.

The company was founded by Oran Clabby, who is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and is CORU registered. He has worked extensively with older adults and medically complex clients both in Ireland and in the US.
