Intelligent automation can be described as an IT ai automation tool that uses machine learning (ML) in conjunction with (artificial intelligence) ai automation. ML is based on algorithms that predict outcomes by analyzing information. The algorithms determine trends, commonalities and relationships between variables, using statistical analysis to forecast the outcomes and events to come. As the program runs, the algorithms can further improve their predictions using the subsequent data. Intelligent automation is any IT automation device that can enhance the efficiency of its processes and outputs and optimize IT tools.
