“The U.S. Space Command will confederate space capabilities opposite all branches of a military,” Vice President Mike Pence pronounced in a debate Tuesday during Kennedy Space Center in Florida. “It will rise a space doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures that will capacitate a warfighters to urge a republic in this new era.”
