Having trouble with QuickBooks and American Express sync issues? Ensure you've updated both applications to the latest versions. Sometimes, just a simple update can resolve syncing problems. To troubleshoot, please try fully disconnecting and reconnecting the account in QuickBooks. Before you disconnect, review any remaining transactions in the for review tab and make note of the date of the last transaction downloaded. This will prevent you from downloading the same transactions twice when you reconnect your account.
