The steering wheel not helping the car move as directed

There is a dust boot on top of the calipers?the boot helps in keeping away the debris from reaching them. But I?d get torn, the dust and other particles penetrate, causing the caliper?s piston to get stuck in the bore. Metals are quite susceptible to such happenings, and thus the calipers freeze due to the immovable piston. No matter how much you put, the pressure is insufficient to press the piston into its bore. Consequently, the brake pads on which you are exerting pressure are unable to distribute it evenly. So, the car pulls to one side more despite trying to park or drive it in a disciplined manner.
