Blind flanges: Unlike all the types of flanges mentioned above, this flange type does not have a center hole. Stainless Steel Blind Flanges are mostly used to seal the end or opening of a pipe. These are used to blind or seal a pipeline, a valve/pressure vessel and block the flow of the fluid. Blind flanges allow easy access to the pipelines, because they can be easily unbolted to let the operator execute activities inside the terminal end of the pipe.
