Target Olympic Podium Scheme
The Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) is an initiative launched by the Government of India to provide specialized support and assistance to elite athletes who have the potential to win medals at major international sporting events, including the Olympic Games. The scheme was introduced in September 2014 by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
