The Problem: Usgaon Bridge is one of the landmarks of Goa. The structure needed refurbishment and security to maintain its strength and shear parameters and to stand against the marine belt. The Application: Due to its many advantages over other methods, the structural steel protection system of Sunanda Global was chosen to strengthen the service life of this bridge by the authorities. A galvanic anode was attached to the bridge, preventing the steel from corroding. The entire bridge was covered and protected with a two-component polyurethane coating.
