Step 1: On your Windows computer, launch the Outlook app and click the File tab at the top-left corner of the screen. Step 2: Click the Info tab from the left-side panel and click the Manage Accounts tab. Step 4: Click the More Settings button and go to the Advanced tab. Step 5: Ensure that you have entered the correct ports and enabled SSL.
