Here we provide two simple methods to resolve Surewest email problems as follows. Steps include to check server settings, remove & re-add the email account. Step 1: On your Windows computer, launch the Outlook app and click the File tab at the top-left corner of the screen. Step 2: Select Info from the left-side panel and click the Manage Accounts button. Step 3: Select your Surewest email account and click the Edit button. Step 4: On the Internet Email Settings screen, verify whether you have configured the correct settings. Step 5: Click the More Settings button and go to the Outgoing Server section. Step 6: Enable the My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
