Opium's vintage cushions are all one-of-a-kind pieces designed with antique fabrics sourced from India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. ANTIQUE INDIAN EMBROIDERY WITH VINTAGE FRENCH LINEN On our trips to India, we search the markets and antique textile dealers to find vintage embroideries from the tribal areas of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Exquisite embroideries embellished with mirrorwork, made for wedding dowries with the beautiful, faded colours of age. For our cushion collection, we marry them with vintage French linen to create one-of-a-kind pieces - a work of art in a cushion.
