The Student Assosiation of Satyabadi School published Bani in the year 1921. The main theme of the magazine was Independence and Education. Articles on the educational problems of Odisha, service to the motherland, culture of work reflected this philosophy. Sentiments expressed by the students of the Satyabadi school as found in the magazine was similar to that of the Satyabadi group.
