We have listed the minimal qualifying criteria that a candidate must meet before sitting for the examination: All applicants enrolling for Ph.D. admission at NIT Patna must have an M.Tech/M.E/M.Arch/M>PLanning or similar degree from a recognised institution with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% in aggregate marks. MCA/M.Com/MBA/B.Arch/B.Tech or equivalent degree from an appropriate subject with a minimum of 60% or first class degree is also required.
