Here are a few simple neck pain exercises that may help relieve discomfort: Neck stretches: Slowly tilt your head to one side until you feel a gentle stretch along the opposite side of your neck. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 3-5 times on each side. Neck rotations: Slowly turn your head to the right, aiming to look over your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center. Repeat on the left side. Perform 5-10 rotations on each side. Shoulder rolls: Roll your shoulders forward in a circular motion for 10-15 seconds. Then, reverse the motion and roll your shoulders backward for another 10-15 seconds.
