Moqueca (Brazilian Fish Stew)

As customers have told me, "this stuff is ridiculously good". This traditional Brazilian recipe comes from the state of Bahia in northern Brazil. Moqueca de peixe, (moo-KAY-ka duh PAY-shuh) is a tropical fish stew I make with wild Pacific cod. It's seasoned with a fragrant piri piri- garlic and chiles sauteed in Coconut Oil, then rounded out with stewed tomatoes, coconut milk, & fresh cilantro. My flavorite hands down.
