Moqueca de peixe, (moo-KAY-ka duh PAY-shuh) is a tropical fish stew I make with wild Pacific cod. It's seasoned with a fragrant piri piri- garlic and chiles sauteed in Coconut Oil, then rounded out with stewed tomatoes, coconut milk, & fresh cilantro. My flavorite hands down.
