Meditation is the practice in which an individual tries to achieve mentally clear and emotionally peaceful stable state of him by focusing on any particular object, thought, or activity. When we encounter good health, we generally go for the physical perspective of a person’s life process. A good body requires good nutrition, likewise, for a healthy life; our mind also craves its kindling. For an uncoiled mind a process of good relaxation is the only fuel that can add up to its working, and to achieve this relaxation we settle for meditation.
