The USS Oklahoma Project is a long-running effort by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) to locate, recover, and identify unknown remains of U.S. Navy sailors and Marines who died when the battleship USS Oklahoma capsized during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
