Gutfoundation: A Brief Guide to Gut Microbiota

Gutfoundation13 Nov, 2024Health

Ten to 100 trillion microbial cells coexist with the human host in a symbiotic relationship. The human body may have anywhere from 10 to 1 microbial cells for every human cell, depending on the technique. There are hundreds of thousands of different kinds of bacteria in the gut microbiota (estimates vary).
