As professionals we are faced with several challenges in the workplace: corrupt sales processes, accounting malpractices, unscrupulous bosses, questionable advertising methods, employment terminations, the challenge of time for family, struggles with work-life balance, and many other situations. We need underlying principles to guide our professional practices and our daily lives. Principles that we can use at all times and in all situations. The Bible presents to us such timeless principles relevant to the workplace. These timeless principles transcend time, place, people and culture. They hold true regardless of the variants of when, where, what and why. Operating by these Biblical principles is what makes our professional journey meaningful as well as gives us impact and influence in the workplace. We must also learn how to experience the supernatural in the workplace: divine empowering, wisdom, insights, solutions, ideas, creativity, favor and miraculous power.
