We will try our best as we can to get your test processed as quickly as possible. We are confident that the timelines we have advised as above are achievable in almost all cases. There is no guarantee of turnaround or fulfilment as we are reliant upon our laboratory, who have an excellent track record of delivering on time. Over 98% of our sample requests have been fulfilled on time since we started offering these tests in June 2020. The lab which we use is one of the largest and most experienced in the UK, who are able to meet the high volumes of requests.
