Features of MSME Samadhaan � Delay Payment Portal | How to file a case?

MSME Samadhaan is a Portal developed by the Office of DC (MSME), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises where Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) can file their applications online regarding delayed payments. As you may be aware the micro, small, and medium enterprises development MSMED act-2006, contains provisions to deal with cases where the buyer of goods and services from MSEs does not make payment to the supplier for his supplies of goods or services within 45 days of the day of acceptance of the goods/service. In such cases, the micro and small enterprises facilitation council (MSEFC) present in the state can be approached for conciliation and arbitration. If the MSME supplier gets the decree in his/ her favor, the buyer is liable to pay compound interest with monthly rests to the supplier on the payable amount at three times the bank rate notified by the RBI.
