A practitioner should be aware that the OHSA outlines the personal obligation incurred by an engineer who offers advice and delivers reports required by the PEA. The engineer whose stamp and signature are on the information or drawings, and not the company where that engineer works, is personally liable for these obligations. This is important to know as an employee doing a PSR.
