Is Salesforce An ERP Or CRM?

It is a tough question to answer. It again depends on the business?s needs. Salesforce is the world?s No. 1 CRM platform. There is no secret in this regard. However, it cannot be ERP. In other words, Salesforce is not an ERP but can be run with an ERP on the cloud platform of Salesforce. Salesforce provides a variety of sales and service features but does not provide ERP features such as finance management, supply chain management, production management, and inventory management. that want the best of both worlds can opt for Salesforce integration with already deployed software or ERP.
