Another difference between raw materials- The ERW carbon steel pipe inside the weld is relatively close to zero, to the naked eye it is invisible; the spiral steel tube inside and outside the surface should be about 0.3mm high. The weld is so high that there is a gap between the coating (3PE) and the pipe, which greatly reduces the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. Because of the existence of spiral steel pipe gap, the transmission of high-speed fluid will be a great nuisance, it will increase the flow resistance, and it will reduce the efficiency of pipeline transportation. The wall of the ERW carbon steel pipe is smooth, there is no such problem.
