Having been raised on Chowdah in south coastal Maine, I bring you this savory classic from Back East straight to our home in the Tetons. In Maine we thicken the Chowdah just a little, not enough to become all pasty with flour. Made with Wild Atlantic Sea Clams and local spuds, this pure and simple classic is sure to warm the cockles of any heart.
