CWG 2022: Mohammed Hussamuddin wins bronze medal in Men's Featherweight Boxing

On Saturday (6 August), Mohammed Hussamuddin secured a bronze medal in the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2022, after unfortunately losing 1-4 to Joseph Commey of Ghana in the men?s 57kg Featherweight category. He had earlier secured victory over Tryagain Morning Ndevelo of Namibia in a 4-1 split verdict in the semi-finals. Husamuddin won the first round but was dominated in the subsequent rounds by Joseph.
